Feldspar Potash (Custer) is one of the primary feldspars used in ceramics. Made up of silica and alumina combined with sodium and potassium oxides, it is used in both clay and glaze formulas. Mahavir has been found to be a good substitute for Custer, however, as with any raw material change in a recipe, please test first.
