Orders are pulled and prepped for shipping on weekdays. Depending on the current volume your order should ship in 1-4 business days. Is an item in your order a pre-order or SPO (Special Order) item? We'll be following up with a timeframe for it's arrival!

Pre-orders mean we are out of stock on that item and awaiting the restock to arrive! SPO means we only order those items in as needed. If either of these are in your order we will hold it to ship once everything is available. Staff will also follow up with ETAs or suggestions for in stock alternatives

CLAY & DRY MATERIAL SHIPPING:

Each Area of Canada has a flat rate for clay shipping.

Majority of our orders are shipped by courier. Depending on your location it may vary from UPS, Canpar, GLS, ICS and so on!

If you enter a PO box address only Canada Post will be used.

In stock orders ship on weekdays roughly 1-4 business days from your initial order date.

We accept returns on unused items 30 days from their purchase date. Items can be returned in person or you can ship them back to Amaranth. When shipping a return back to Amaranth please include your original order number, name and contact information within the box. Once the item arrives back to Amaranth we will be able to process the refund for you.

We do! Our stoneware products are made in our studio in Kingston, Ontario. Check out our staff page to see the faces behind the pottery.
