2025/26 Youth Award

Our first award went so well, that we decided to do it again!
The Gerald Warren Youth Award for Creativity

Amaranth Stoneware Ltd. is excited to continue the tradition.  This award honours our beloved late-owner, who was dedicated to fostering young talent and believed in the profound impact of artistic expression.  This award continues his legacy by supporting and celebrating creative students nation-wide!

📌 ELIGIBILITY:  Submissions are open to all Canadian youth, from grades K-12

 

How to Participate:
  1. Make your artwork in clay - Let your imagination go wild! 🎨
  2. Take a few clear photos of your finished piece. 📸
  3. Complete the submission form.  Be prepared to upload your photos, and write a few words about you, and your artwork. 📝
  4.  Make sure to submit everything before the deadline (May 31st, 2026). ✅
  5. Photos of your submission will be shared online. Once voting opens, our community will vote for their favourites. Encourage your family, friends, and classmates to participate - The more votes you receive, the better your chances of winning! 🏆

 🏆 AWARD DETAILS
  • Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a $100 CASH PRIZE and a $200 gift card to Amaranth Stoneware. Each Grand Prize winner’s school or studio will also receive a $200 gift card to Amaranth Stoneware.
  • Runners-Up: Each Runner-Up will receive a $100 gift card to Amaranth Stoneware.
  • Honourable Mentions: Additional prizes donated by leading brands in the pottery industry will be awarded at random.
