Are you a password forgetter like us? No worries! The shop app will send you a code so you can log back in. It's easy-peasy. As you register and checkout with your email, points are automatically added to your "account". Just keep using the same email whenever you checkout and the points will rack up! Have issues? Give call us and we can help you redeem your points over the phone, plus chat clay!
How do you earn points?
For our Loyal Mud Lovers we have the following items you can redeem your points for:
Redeem 25 points
Receive a 5% discount on regular priced tools and glazes
Redeem 100 points
Receive $20 off your order
Redeem 200 points
To check the number of loyalty points you currently have
Follow these steps:
1) Log in to your account using the top right login button.
2) The number of points will show in the top left of your account page. Accounts are associated with the email you use at checkout. You can often login without a password as the website should send you a number code to confirm!
To Redeem your loyalty points:
1) On the homepage of AmaranthStoneware.ca click the loyalty rewards icon in the bottom right corner.
2) Select Redeem Points
3) Choose the loyalty reward you would like to redeem.
4) Once selected you will receive a custom coupon code! You can apply it to your cart automatically or copy and paste it for future use. You should also receive a separate email with the code, so if you're not ready to use it right away you can save it for later! Points expire in one year.
