We'll update you throughout the process and communicate any changes as they arise.

Your kiln ships directly from the manufacturer to your home. Freight is arranged by the manufacturer, and once picked up, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Please note:

• Someone must be home to receive the kiln.
• The driver delivers to your driveway only.
• We recommend having two strong, able-bodied people to help move it into your space.
