One-Time Drop In | $25:
- Use of Wheels, bats, water buckets, and clean-up sponges
- One shelf of Storage for in-process pieces for up to 2 weeks
10 pack | $150:
- Use of Wheels, bats, water buckets, and clean-up sponges
- One Shelf of Storage for in-process pieces for up to 2 weeks
- 10% off Small Tools & Commercial Glazes in Retail Studio
- 15% off kiln firings (all pieces are loaded by staff)
Experience is required to use our Open Studio.
This includes completion of our 5+ week pottery throwing class. Potters with equivalent experience from other studios, schools, or guilds are also welcome.

Open Studio Rules:
1) Clean-up is mandatory.
You must fully clean your wheel and mop the floor around your workspace. You’re welcome to use our large water buckets at your wheel. All pieces must be wired off bats, and bats must be thoroughly cleaned before you leave.
2) Storage is available. In-process pieces (greenware) may be stored in the Open Studio wet cabinets:

Pieces must be off bats

Placed on boards with paper (provided)

Clearly labeled with full name and date
Storage is limited to 2 weeks max. After 2 weeks, pieces must be submitted for firing, taken home, or re-tagged. Unclaimed or expired work will be reclaimed or put up for adoption.
3) Bring your own clay and tools.
You must supply your own clay and tools. Clay and tools are available for purchase in our retail shop. Members with a 10-pack card receive 10% off small tools and commercial glazes. All clay and tools must leave with you.
4) Zero tolerance for mess or theft.

5) Open Studio members must sign an agreement detailing our Studio Rules and Health & Safety measures upon your first visit.
6) Open Studio includes use of the wheel, and tables are available in the classroom for handbuilding and glazing. Interested in having a slab rolled out? Please talk to staff about our slab roller rental.
7) No need to book in advance. Drop-in during Open Studio hours. Feel free to call us if you have any questions.
